9yPSC's internal job bidding procedure takes into account several factors like seniority, shift preferences, demonstrated skills & knowledge, attendance, adherence to safe work practices, and focus on quality. There is no single factor that determines which team member is awarded a bid, however, the goal is always the same: award the bid to the most qualified bidder. In this case, the bid process allowed this team member to progress from an entry-level Floor Worker to an Assistant Gluer Operator in less than one year. Finally, we strive to always please our customers while also being recognized as an employer-of-choice, and we understand that both are necessary to ensure our future success.
