Felipe Armenta manipulates the upper management to a point of trickle down work abuse. Tm managers become either completely jaded or absolutely work obsessed, holding people to the highest standard of conduct and having either zero lenience or completely turning a blind eye to problems. Its inconsistency makes people scared to go to work.

- high turnover rate for servers and management - favoritism and bias (certain servers make a lot more than others due to extra opportunities, larger sections, parties, etc) - strict uniform ( hair, nails, jewelry) - schedule is perm for an abnormal amount of time for a service job (serving)
