Good concept, but horrible follow-through

This sucks to post because I really loved this brand before being hired, but I don't want others to get sucked into this absolute freelancer trap, and I've seen other reviews on here that sound similar to my experience. Package Free has yet to pay me for work done. I had to very kindly pester them to get paid for each invoice (like they just could not be bothered) and they still haven't paid my last invoice (it's been several months at time of posting). Their accounting team has been unresponsive. For context, the team had zero complaints about my work (work that they used) and they wanted to continue giving me assignments until I politely brought up outstanding invoices and then they just...went quiet. Just a complete disgrace! Sketchy hiding behind vertical lines of corporate communication. See the definition of wage theft.
