I can't speak highly enough about my former colleagues, of all the INGOs I've supported in my career this was the best. Everyone is highly competent, passionate, and driven, The role itself was challenging but also very rewarding.

None really, truly an excellent workplace and organization. Somewhat limited opportunities for cross-functional development (strictly technical work on programs vs operations)

In very uncertain times, Pact has committed to continuing to deliver on its mission, and to keep a staffing footprint to position for (re)growth and impact. Senior leadership/Exec team is very approachable. Programs department is led with transparency, respect and heart. She is down to earth. Mission matters. Supportive of initiative and creativity.

Uncertain times in international development. During this time, workloads are variable, with times of high intensity (projects and proposals) and times of less intensity. Pro or con -- it's a period of change.
