Where do I start? The favoritism and "boys club" atmosphere is horrible. There are all forms of harassment and bulling that goes at this plant. The morale is the worst I have ever seen at any place in my 22 years as a manager. Incompetent and uninformed decisions causes more work on the hourly staff, and then after things go bad, management blames the hourly staff... you are in a no win situation. You never walk out feeling that you did a good job as those are words you will never here. Horrible work vs. life balance. No matter how many hours you work it will never be enough. The thought process is very old school here, and not in a good way. They think the more hours you put in the better leader you are, (1950's way of thinking) If that was the case then the 2 managers that put in 80 hours a week should be way better than they are.
