Very, very cold, stale environment offering less than satisfactory training. Let me just say I am a very friendly professional and this was my experience. Within three weeks of my training I had been placed in data entry for two days as punishment for talking too much with the co-worker training me (which I found out through the grapevine). One day with a different trainer, my trainers kids called their mom at work three times. I made one phone call to arrange a ride share and she went to my supervisor to tell on me that I was making phone calls on company time. Lastly after other co-workers realized my trainer was awful, they went to a supervisor, (unbeknown to me) who then sent me to another trainer who treated me awful because she was friends with the trainer that was in trouble for not doing a good job. So in three weeks I was stabbed in the back, punished without explanation, and treated like crap. Needless to say I bailed shortly there after. I now have a good job in a stable workplace with a supportive team.
