Disgusting Management - Recensione dipendente - Sales Associate presso Paddock Chevrolet

This company cares about one thing and one thing only- themselves! If your last name isn’t Paddock they couldn’t care less. Management is lazy and undeserving of their titles. They push their employees to the max and shame them if they need a break. The owner only cares about how many cars he pushes out and doesn’t care about the service department or following up with customers. Lousy pay and benefits. There’s a Christmas party every year on a Sunday so that no one misses work and it’s the bare minimum of effort to show his employees he cares. I tell everyone to shop elsewhere. Do not work here, do not shop here. Every department is a mess. The BDC is extremely low paying, the manager has NO idea what she’s doing. The service dept is a disaster with poor leadership. The sales staff is overworked and under appreciated. I can’t stress it enough that this company is terrible.
