1. You work hard, very hard. They will throw you one day. 2. No emoloyee recognition. You are just a resource. 3. You wont get technical growth here. 4. Decisions are taken based on someones saying no own logic get applied. Neither that employees contribution get count. 5. Overall I would suggest dont join this company.

PageSuite is a great international company! As a smaller company, they give you many opportunities (such as frequent trips to the UK), and make it a priority to help entry-level employees succeed. They treat new hires very well! PageSuite is an excellent stepping-stone if you're looking to launch your career or experience working for an evolving and innovative company.

Communication between directors/management is sometimes lacking, which makes direction for lower-level employees a bit confusing.

Vantaggi

The base pay, commission and benefits were fantastic and higher than many similar employers. There was opportunity to travel often and (when at work and not on a business meeting) no dress code. Lots of opportunity to use and learn about technology and gadgets.

I didn't mention 'company culture' or the 'people' in the pros, because these are lacking totally. I felt bullied on a weekly basis and never felt like I could ask questions, without being subjected to humiliation or passive-aggressive ugliness. I do feel that my manager was receiving undeserved pressure from upper-management, and it resulted in my being often singled-out. While PageSuite does offer continual training on their products, they are already way behind other competitors and Executives were expected to push the sales of products that were not yet fully developed or were still in beta, to compensate. The Lead Process makes little sense and there is so much emphasis on just "making as many calls as possible" that the quality calls are far and few between.
