Coworker was a good team member, Good hours.

Manager demanded an extra hour and a half a week no compensation. Vulgar language used in disciplinary meetings. Fragile large ego of manager. Extra work far beyond job description demanded on pain of firing. No positive feedback. Never appreciated even if extra effort is put in. Only negative petty complaints and no admission of imperfection from manager.
