Policies and procedures still need to get hammered out, however things are always getting better. No option to work from home. Still using hard VoIP phones instead of soft Phones. There could be better reporting on certain things.

Great benefits, perks and management works hard to give their employees challenging assignments and really cares about growing careers. Bonus can be amazing if you are willing to go the extra mile and take on responsibilities.

Have grown a lot and hired a lot of people. You will struggle at Pakedge if you are not a self starter and are only interested in the free bagels.
