Leadership terrible. Unethical business practices. Terrible work life balance and expectations of staff. Whistleblower process managed in-house. Salaries below market rate and lack of gender pay parity - male colleagues paid more for the exact same work (and at times with less outputs). A lot of people of privilege in corporate team, a lack of understanding and awareness on diversity, and lack of First Nations cultural competency.
