The new leadership team is very focused on trying new things and raising the bar and not everybody is rising to the challenge, but they are respectful and kind and incredibly smart leaders to work for. I have good work life balance, and when I need flexibility I can have that for myself. Everybody is really kind to one another and genuinely likes working with one another. The leaders are open and honest and tell you like it is.

There seems to be two sets of people working at the company right now, so you kind of have to weed out the people who are always so toxic and focus on the people who are excited to be a part of a company that is changing and trying to improve.

As an Associate Product Manager at Pampered Chef, I partnered with Product, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to support customer facing platforms and product initiatives. My work included coordinating UAT testing, troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing customer feedback and support trends, prioritizing enhancements, and helping deliver product improvements that enhanced the customer experience and improved operational efficiency.

Managing competing priorities, navigating dependencies across multiple teams, and balancing urgent support issues with long term product initiatives. These challenges helped me become more organized, adaptable, and effective at stakeholder communication.
