      - Range of projects and disciplines, as a junior multidisciplinary designer this was fantastic for experience - Really collaborative, both within the company, and outside of it from collaborating with individual creatives and technologists - Empathetic and dependable management team, who really listen to their employees - Very well connected, even working at a small place the clients and contacts you can make are invaluable

      - They've since pivoted to focus on launching their internal projects as startups (Run an Empire and Hello Lamp Post), so not undertaking client work anymore which is a shame!
