*no meaningful recognition *12 hour shifts (4 days a week) *You'll always have to work for 48 hours, but every other month you only get paid for 36 hours because of the odd schedule. *small raises that feel insulting for the insanely strenuous work we do *mandatory shutdowns for an entire week for 3 holidays that they will not pay you for. they'll pay you for holidays but thats all you get that week. so basically they cut your weekly pay in half for Christmas with no bonus
