The company reminds me of a book I once read called the puppy who lost its way. Used to be known for high quality products now they push very buggy evidence capture systems to police departments. Constant restructuring. Lacking in vision. To say there’s no accountability is an understatement. If HR was more in touch with the ire employees and addressed the issues the company has they wouldn’t need to post fake reviews to try to make it sound like a great place to work.
