1. Low pay: Lower than market standard, so low that it makes you wonder if it is because you are not qualified so the company is not willing to pay you what you deserve. 2. No career development: Just ignore what HR post on the career page on the website and ignore what the management level said in the convention, there is no career development in this place. No rotation, no promotion, and no plan for employees. 3. Management chaos: The management arent really managing anything. The only thing they managed well is make your pay check amount as low as possible.
