Pay is decent. Co-workers are friendly

SOP's are taught but not enforced. Safety is talked about but not followed. Hourly employees are seen as replaceable. Does not take care of injured employees if they are not following the SOP's and Safety policies they do not enforce and encourage not following to increase production. Would rather have hourly employees work 6 days a week or more instead of hire the correct amount of staff.
