Good pay and great benefits. Everyone actually cares about everyone else. People don't get thrown under the bus. The employees here care about being the best at what they do, so they do not keep around the bad attitudes, but if you want to be a part of a good company who does good work, this is a good place.

As with any business, sometimes hard decisions have to be made even when everyone isn't in 100% agreements, but even those decisions are made with their people and their families in mind.

At PandTL you can expect to have great coworkers and and be compensated fairly for your work. It is overall a good job.

It is hard work and there is a lot to do in each day some times, which also means long hours.
