Managers support is also good. Plus quarterly bonuses are a plus they are like $7,000 or more depending on how well your store does for managers only.

Long shift hours sometimes you will work a 14 hour shift. Very stressful job!! You will have to work on your off day most of the time. Hard to maintain a work life balance.
