Remote work. Unlimited PTO, Fills a need in the industry; New leadership team took over in mid 2023 and instilled a much better team culture. Overall, a great place tonwork

Old leadership team was not transparent and did not hold individuals accountable (has been fixed). Workload can be highly variable. Some very slow weeks, others can feel overwhelming.

Panda Health is a lovely place to work. The people are great and the work is interesting. Any startup has its challenges and pain points, but my experience thus far has been nothing but pleasant. Leadership is transparent and really cares about its employees. A few additional pros include: -competitor pay -unlimited PTO -great health coverage -bonuses and equity options -home office stipend -cell phone allowance But honestly the people are the biggest perk. Meetings and projects are so much easier when you genuinely enjoy the people work with :)

No cons on my end, but if you’re not okay with fast paced work and/or changing directions as needed (ie startup culture) this isn’t the place for you.
