Essentially a call center, where workers from Operations call in for technical support regarding network, registers, printers, etc.

Svantaggi

No benefits until you are brought on as a permanent hire. This can take up to 1 year. You are required to work 1 day of the weekend as part of your 40 hours per week. Culture is a big thing, but too big for some individuals. Many people say it is "cult-like," but aren't all companies? Example: Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday
