the pay is fairly high and if you have a good manager then the work is enjoyable though that is rare.

the hours available are highly limited, there is rampant favoritism within each store and there is almost always some manager on a power trip. there is no respect for long term employees and you have to fight to get promotions if you have ever turned them down before for any reason. none of my complaints about the management was taken seriously. I worked many locations and each had its own drama and issues that made working there difficult. the managers have zero training on trans staff so any trans employees have to fight for their rights in the workplace.

Today was my onboarding day and was super exciting! The manager was very detailed, professional and nice. I met a few team members and they welcomed me to the team. Very friendly environment.
