The management fosters a friendly environment that trickles down to the way the staff treat each other. I've only been with them for a few months with little to no marketing experience and I was provided with all the tools and resources I needed to get up to speed, including being paid to study the latest marketing research.

Being a small business, the workload can get pretty heavy. That being said the management understand since they're dealing with the same heavy workload and they understand when too much is too much. I guess this kinda turned into a pro.
