Depends on how busy your store is and how much sales you do per week. Wouldn't want to work anywhere below $1500-$2000 unless your prepared to go out marketing for new customers daily , or else you will be bored and broke. lots of stress and you need to be very organized, check for new orders even when your not working and the catering will start to take over. dont try to work 2 jobs or go to school with this position, at times it can be slow but when its busy... its busy. You need to physically and mentally fit and ready for long hours no break , and a lot of work but it usually pays off and you feel good after.
