The company revolves around the CEO. If the CEO doesn't like an idea you proposed he will prevent you from executing it. The location is pretty bad. It is right in the middle of nowhere. People have to travel so many kilometer, using both metro, buses and autos to reach the office. And on top of this, the office is pretty basic. They fire people here all the time. I really mean all the time. A lot of folks have been fired including the CTO also. Since the CEO has 50% of shares he can pretty much run the company as he sees fit.
