      Management sets unrealistic goals And openly admit they do not want your opinion. Project management is a joke. Brow beat and humiliate their employees. Vulgarity and threats of violence are daily events. Avoid this place at all cost.

      Panna is a typical fast-paced startup, but what separates it from other startups are a couple of different things: - experienced leadership running the company - well-funded, with great strategic partners and support - constant challenges within a very dynamic work environment - excellent team of people - everyone is really passionate and skilled at what they do - endless opportunities for growth

      The downsides that come with Panna are the downsides that come with any startup. The hours could be shorter, the workload could be lighter, but i if you see those things as total downsides and not as challenges, then Panna may not be the place for you. Everyone here works really hard toward their goals, if you're coming from a large corporation or a cushy job then working at Panna could be a big adjustment.
