When it's good, it's great: having fun with colleagues, helping customers, prepping food makes for a really nice day.

For Eindhoven: the boss is never satisfied - there's always something you're doing wrong. When he's in a bad mood, you won't have a nice day. Also, new employees are hired and fired at high speed, almost nobody works there for more than a month or a few months.
