Toxic Company - Recensione dipendente - Director of System Administration presso Pansophic Learning

Worked at Pansophic for less than 2 weeks. After telling them travel was difficult for me I was sent on travel for 5 days immediately, 3 days into employment. After attempting to understand the configuration of their systems and asking questions and being told outright over and over again that I needed to understand I was too ‘ignorant’ to be effectively working there I was fired for being abrasive and asking questions, 4 days before Christmas with no notice or prior counseling. Be very careful working here, the kind of company that will fire people 4 days before Christmas isn’t a company that holds the types of ethics and culture that most of us would agree is acceptable.
