We do take Original certificate however we never force anyone it will be by their own will that they deposit and it is one of the policy as we want career oriented and guys who are sure what they have to do to work with us and for long time. We have 40% of our employees who have completed their 5 Years, that itself shows that people are happy with us that is why they stay and have grown with us.
