Great working environment with competitive pay and a culture that genuinely values employee input. You're encouraged to share your ideas openly, and leadership actually listens, which makes a big difference. There's a strong sense of trust and respect within the team, and flexibility in scheduling allows for a healthy work-life balance. Team leaders are approachable and supportive, which creates a positive and motivating atmosphere.

The main challenge right now is that the team is slightly understaffed. While we manage to keep things running smoothly, having one more team member would help distribute the workload more evenly and reduce some of the day-to-day pressure. Bringing someone else on board would definitely enhance the overall dynamic and improve productivity.

Interesting industry, some extremely smart people on the team, and generally fantastic company culture.
