Salary is too low to work

Learning opportunities are at an extent good for a beginner to start with and improvise the expertise of the areas concerned.

Starting with salary - No specific date on when you are getting paid. You might get paid on 4th to 7th of the month, If a weekend happens during this period, then the date might be 9th. No proper parking available (not even 2 wheeler parking). You don't know if you are going to get your first month salary, as there is no proper process in place for a new joinee. Even after 8 months from your joining date, you don't know your PF account. Very low insurance coverage for you. And it is very difficult to get you insurance cards. You have to daily follow-up with HR. No health insurance coverage for parents Few guys did not get their appointment letter on their name, some did not get the letter itself. Sodexo is distributed between 21st and 25th of the month. No space in cafeteria (only 12 people can have lunch at any point of time against 150 strength).
