Poorly organized They pay you based on a draw system, which means if you don’t bring in so much money/ month, you go in debt to the company and have to pay them back!!!! I was in the hole to the company $27,000 within months of working there!!! No paid time off until you work there for 5 years! Over $800/month for family health insurance.

We’re glad you enjoy working autonomously, but we’re sorry you have had a bad experience with the draw compensation system. This is a legacy pay system that is no longer offered to new hires. The 5 year waiting period for PTO was also part of the draw system. All new employees at ALARIS start to accrue PTO upon hire. We appreciate your feedback, and we’d love to personally address your concerns or hear ideas for improvement – just reach out to your regional operations manager or a member of the executive team. Thanks! 2019 Edit: We are happy to report that in 2019 we were able to offer richer health insurance plans and significantly reduce costs for employee only coverage. Our goal for 2020 and beyond is to reduce costs for spouse, children, and family coverage while still offering great benefits.
