Typical corporate BS. Two faced management. Everything must be perfect but the management staff is far less than perfect. Insurance is very expensive. Pay structure is unfair. The Best Employers survey's are contrived. The hiring staff can really sell the company as though it's a great place to work but it's nothing better than an average corporate job at best. Once on-board you are expected to be a billing machine.

We do believe our hiring and training staff do an amazing job, and that they speak so highly of our workplace to recruits because they truly believe in and have experienced our culture first hand.
