Supervisor cares and is very helpful as well. Expanding work from home programs. Random social activity events, if you're into that sort of thing.

Proverbial overworked and underpaid environment. No communication. Gossip mill with plainly audible conversations, inconsiderate, and sometimes just plain rude and intrusive coworker interactions. Glaring inconsistencies in standards of practice, training with no clear instructions, and condescending trainer feedback. Everyone runs on anxiety and insecurity. Productivity is exploited and pay ridiculously low, not equivalent to responsibility and duties. No reward for high work output.
