Promotions are few and far between. Usually related to optics instead of performance. As a result, talented employees are leaving seemingly every day. Leadership seems unconcerned that it leads to 70+ hour work weeks for many. Seems to be no rush to backfill the roles. Company strategy shifts almost weekly, yet none of these changes brought real success.
