Support from coworkers, upper management is on supurb. Excellent growth track and opportunity to increase pay. Great business practices and obtainable goals. Even on the hardest days you can go pet a friendly pup and your day is better.

Turnover is difficult, but not so much more than other industries. The job of a manager is a 24 hour per day responsibility, so that might not be a good fit for some.

Working with animals was great - that's it.
