Too many chiefs not enough Indians. Management hierarchy is confusing and micro manages every second of your time on the clock. If they see you idle one minute without a customer they will delegate you to another job where you don't make your " promotional money" ( commission ) which is a joke . They promise a commission adjustment which rarely gets added to your check. They falsely advertise the starting wage for sales associate as 11/ hr. After accepting the job you sign the paper of your new position of 10/ hr+ commission. A couple supervisors there come across very aggressive and hostile .
