The owners treat us like family and believe in the importance of work/life balance. They recognize our efforts, value our input and appreciate us both officially( ex: loyalty program, paid lunches/suppers, holiday gifts ,paid time off, birthday cakes and even homemade goodies...) and unofficially via a quick email , phone call or coming to our offices to chat in person. VERY generous and give back to the community and to many charitable organizations. Truly caring people. Monthly clothing allowance is also a nice perk. Nice ,clean , safe and relaxed work environment. Great, hardworking ,diverse and fun colleagues. Fantastic atmosphere.

Have not experienced any downsides.

It was my first job, after I completed my fashion design Dipolma and I got to learn, from the best, how ready-to-wear clothing industry works.

There was no room for creativity, at all! It was all tech pack. Sending comments to overseas vendor, China, Bangladesh and Dubai.
