His ability to impersonate old employees and write delusional fake glassdoor reviews is second to none. "Very smart" -Sabrina. Seriously, this might be the only real pro.

-Daily beratings, batterings, constant micromanaging, hostile work environment. You must be as hardened as the CEOs nipples to last more than 6 months. -100% chance of being sued by CEO when pursuing new opportunities for personal career growth. Thou shalt never leave Parchem -You will never get paid your commission on time, if you get paid at all -24/7 surveillance while in the office. Cameras on employees at all times and CEO has constant ability to watch the office.
