Parentlink is a very family oriented company. When the sales team achieves their goals for the month every employee and their family gets to participate in the reward. Because it is a smaller company there are many opportunities to make a difference and see it in the way the company functions.

There are very few downsides to Parentlink. Sometimes their future vision is limited because they are constantly reacting to what is happening now. There are a handful of people in the company with the forward looking vision but it hasn't hit the main company culture yet.

The culture was fantastic. Employees are kept in the loop and really know how the company is going. They have a vision and aren't shy about sharing it.

Overly frequent company restructures tended to cause a lot of confusion. There was little room for advancement. The company could have done more to reach out to female employees.
