Hire college students and new graduates Looks good on resume if you want to enter healthcare career one day

Managers don't care about building a company culture or their employees. Employees bad mouth behind each others' back. Turnover is high. Be paid as a PRN position with no benefit but expected to work full time (weekends and night shifts sometimes). Have to work with COVID patients without any given health insurance. Job title is misleading. Research associates take vitals, collect urine, draw blood (roles of a patient tech) and don't really participate in any "research" activities.

no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
