We always strive for clear an open communication from the Senior Leadership Team and encourage all colleagues to review the intranet home page; keep up to date with the messages sent frequently by the Executive Leadership Team and when possible attend Townhall meetings.       The only pro is that they offer remote work.

      I would give zero stars if I could, but since I can’t, I’m forced to give one. They seem to have layoffs almost every year. Their US-based pharmacovigilance team was also affected in 2024 and 2025. It really feels like a hire-and-fire culture.
