Expectations are unattainable. Expectations are not laid out clearly, and tend to change constantly without notice. Upper management is unorganized and unprofessional. Owner is rude and unappreciative. HR is merely a front. Safety code violations are a constant battle. Stress level is out of control. Upper management claims to be a support tool, but are absent when things need to be done to help store management and staff. No job security. And no opportunity for promotion or raise. Don't even mention it.
