Something has gone very wrong in the last few years. Call it growing pains.... but the sales staff has gone downhill and lacks leadership from the top. The sales team is allowed to abuse operations with no repercussion. The sales staff is not held accountable and play aloof. There is no clear line between operations and sales and employees fear for the next "layoff." There are far too many managers that don't know how to perform the duties of their subordinates and aren't willing to get their hands dirty. Many wonder what the managers actually do to help production. Managers are mostly in "meetings" and aren't receptive to feedback. The underwriting has become second class and decisions are not made timely. Parkside used to offer alternatives and was known for offering solutions. The "bonus program" is unobtainable and inflexible. This is not the Parkside that many grew to love.
