Parman is an amazing place to work! I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a job that respects work/ life balance and is looking for opportunity to grow and learn.

Parman underwent a lot of change while I was there, but the change was necessary and for the betterment of the company . With change comes challenges, growth and learning. That is not always easy, but it gave me a lot of experience that I may not have found elsewhere.

Weekends and Holidays off that's about it

Poor Management, Low Pay, Old falling apart equipment, Management hides in the office all day, Management doesn't listen to employees, Management thinks they are always right, Management always have an excuse. No 401k match, ESOP is a joke
