      Very poor senior management Lack of Integrity Very political and a big boys club Toxic environment- figure pointing and not allowed to make a mistake. Not receptive of upward feedback (CEO and COO) There is a sense of bullying by certain Senior Management (from Director level and above)

      People seem happy to work here. Leadership makes decisions based on need and what's practical - they don't hide behind policy for the sake of policy. Leadership starts at "yes" and then examines outcomes instead of a default "no" for everything.

      Technology has been rooted in maintenance mode and "keeping the lights on" instead of forward progress. Changing the maintenance attitude has been slow.
