      Great opportunity to implement creative intelligence in your sales process. Management has an open-door policy and paves a good solution roadmap for the AEs and SDRs. Feels like there is a shared winning attitude - SDRs are supported very well and AEs/Senior AEs share the success. Tip of the cap to the foundational team who's built this Paro machine. Always great to surround yourself with intelligent/driven people. Onward and Upward!

      Remote work - Poor Leadership. RUN.

      Unfortunately the leadership was terrible. There was no sense of insight or direction or support. They let people go with no notice or concern. You can tell its a "start up" company with children in charge. Dont expect yearly salary increases either. Stingy.
