2 week review - Recensione dipendente - Chef De Parties presso Parogon Group

At a recent training held at my restaurant, members of head office attended, and being a new member of staff I thought I would of been a time that they would introduce themselves to myself, but this didn't happen. Currently I also believe that the expectations of the staff is borderline unfair. Currently I have worked several 13+ hour shifts, as well as other members of staff, and still this doesn't seem to work with set guidelines and labour costs. This is meant to be a prestigious company, delivering top quality food and I feel that it asks so much from its staff that it potentially has a case of causing "burn out" from good quality staff.
