I regularly freelance for Particle6 and have made several quick turnaround series for them. Eline gives you creative freedom and will trust you to deliver something amazing within budgetary constraints, which I really like. The company has an entrepreneurial spirit and there's space for growth and learning - I always learn loads working there and feel like I'm constantly improving, which is great. The team is always a lovely group of people.

Eline will take a chance on you based on aptitude which is great as you really can step up quickly if you work hard, but sometimes being trusted when you aren't experienced enough means you'll make mistakes through a lack of context - to avoid making mistakes when working in new territory, I would strongly recommend you are honest and open about the level of your knowledge/abilities from the start and that you seek advice from those with more experience in your role when needed. Really, don't just try and wing it - it doesn't work!
