They focus on helping you grow and learn, and when many companies were laying people off, they worked incredibly hard to keep as many team members employed as possible. You never feel like a number here. It's a supportive, caring culture - albeit fast past agency life, that is kind of addicting!

If you are not a go-getter personality type, a multi-tasker, or someone who is a natural problem solver you may find it difficult to work for an agency - not just PIP. You need to be someone who is proactive, have a voice, and enjoy working with a variety of project types, clients, and team members that have different experience skill levels.
